Plays back on my Mac, albeit upside down.

What else to expect from someone who has a Mac but doesn't use an iPhone, records videos vertically and uses Google Drive instead of iCloud Drive.

It's always the same, clueless people come from PC, buy a Mac, but instead of using the provided software from Apple that is known to work and is optimized for the Mac, they dump the same crap that they used on their PC onto their new Macs and are surprised that they get problems.

Get an iPhone, use Apple software and be happy, or go back to your crap PC using crap software.
