Render Copilot agent PRs in chat view #255383
Description
Whenever the Agent decides to create a PR from a user prompt, we should render the PR as a resource within the chat view. This should be built into the Copilot extension. We should also use the rendered PR as a catapult into installing GHPRI, since we could potentially open the PR within VS Code.
