This issue tracks the adoption of recent Settings editor search improvements that are currently behind the setting workbench.settings.useWeightedKeySearch.

Verification steps:

1. Open the Settings editor.
2. Paste in the query "workbench.settings.useWeightedKeySearch".
3. The setting workbench.settings.useWeightedKeySearch should not show up.
4. Search "tab" in the Settings editor.
5. editor.tabSize should be the first result.
