Support variable fonts in the editor

The issue above will be used to track variable line heights only

This issue is about tracking the feature of variable fonts (font-family, font-size etc) in the editor

A PR has been merged to implement this using the monaco editor API. There are still some things to do:

• Make the line breaks break at the correct positions
• Add VS Code API to allow users to define variable font sizes
