Remove `process` code from browser specific entry point for the extension

@karthiknadig how do we verify this? Python extension is throwing an exception in vscode.dev (which looks like this problem). Do we need to wait for a new build to be published?

Looks like there was another point where this could crash. Thade dependency was outside of the browser directory.
