When I executive vsce publish to publish my extension.
return Your extension has suspicious content. Please fix your extension metadata, or contact support if you need assistance.

But I don't know where the problem lies?

I would suggest you to reach the VS Marketplace team, via [email protected].

The VS Marketplace team has a Feedback Channel here at GitHub (https://github.com/microsoft/vsmarketplace) and if you look for the word suspicious in the issues, you will find a few occurrences, like this one (microsoft/vsmarketplace#1120) which asks to reach them via this e-mail.
