Repro Steps:

1. Create a project with "Azure Blob Storage trigger" -> Expand "Workspace" -> Local Project.
2. Check whether there is a tag "Blob" next to the "BlobTrigger1" function.

Expect:
There is a tag "Blob" next to the "BlobTrigger1" function.

Actual:
There is no tag "Blob" next to the "BlobTrigger1" function.
