[Environments reliability] Dev Box operations: When I switch between different Projects for Dev Box creation, the Pool selection is not updated

Steps to reproduce the bug

Go to Create Environment and select Dev Box
Choose a Project, and then choose another Project

Expected result

Available Pools will be updated based on the selected Project

Actual result

No matter which Project I choose, the Pool available selection remains the same and they should be different actually

I don't see this issue being repro'd in the latest version.
