Auto Approve for specific MCP calls. #965

Hello, I've been having this problem since I started using Github copilot (as soon as it came out), and when I have to use vs code instead of jetbrains IDE, I immediately feel better, because there are options to automatically allow MCP calls for certain MCP servers and for certain calls.
And all the time I think, “Well, they'll definitely add it to Jetbrains in the next update. I'm used to this plugin being neglected compared to VsCode, but not to this extent.” But in the end, it turns out that nothing has been added again. And I already have a feeling that I'm blind, and in fact everything has been added, but hidden behind 10 locks.

If there is an option to confirm all MCP calls, there is an option to approve certain commands in the terminal, and there is also something related to MCP Sampling, but I don't understand what it is at all. I enable what I need there, but it doesn't affect anything. Please tell me what it is.

Oh, there's also Trust MCP Tool Annotation, but again, I don't understand what it is, and it doesn't affect anything. Please tell me what that is too.
