More open-sourced apps

I do not know where to put this, but it would be a good idea to open-source other stock Windows apps, as long as there are no ties to the system or services, or easily removable ones like Copilot integration. Consider open sourcing the following:

1. Notepad

2. Clock

3. Sound Recorder

4. Camera
   Now the "iffy" territory where I personally am unsure if it is feasible or not:

5. Photos

6. Media Player

7. Snipping Tool

8. Certain Win32 binaries, like regedit, hh.exe, dialer, and optional apps like 3D Viewer and Scan.
