Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. git clone https://github.com/Microsoft/VoTT.git
2. cd VoTT
3. npm ci
4. npm start
5. electron version opens
6. added video in the .MOV format
7. added few tags

Expected behavior
Export of tags
