[KBM] Enable/Disable individual remaps. #9919

I think it would be useful to be able to disable and enable each remap individually.
This is useful when you use a key so often at times that you want to remap it, but that event only happens occasionally.
For example: The Germany keyboard has the "," assigned to numpad (where the US has a) ".". Which can be useful as that is the separator in Germany for decimals, but if you have to enter a lot of dates (which are in Germany are separated by a "."), or have to deal with the US format of numbers, you might want (at least temporary) a "." at that place as that lets you enter them more smoothly and quickly.
If you can turn off each remapping individually you can keep it in setting while being able to turn it off when needed, without impairing any other remaps or shortcuts.
