Unable to install on Windows Server 2019 Standard

I'm Unable to install on Windows Server 2019 Standard, I have the error NoApplicableInstallers:

It won't work. We'll have to wait for someone to put this thing on chocolatey or scoop.

Doubtful Microsoft will fix this on older Windows Server since Windows Server 2025 has started supporting winget finally.

That's bad. And the problem is that many organization I know (mainly in Automation/OT environment) uses Windows Server 2019 or older versions. In the meanwhile, I'm using a Windows 10 VM to test it, but for production purposes it should work with older Windows Server versions.
