The AI-First Workflow is an automated SDK parity enforcement system that ensures feature consistency across all SDKs (Python, .NET/C#, and Node.js/TypeScript) in Agent365 repositories. When a developer makes changes to one SDK, this workflow automatically creates tracking issues for corresponding updates needed in other SDKs, with GitHub Copilot agent assigned to implement them.
The workflow is invoked by adding codegen-experiment label to an open or closed PR (draft PRs are ignored).
