This PR contains the following updates:

Package Change Age Confidence
org.sonatype.gradle.plugins:scan-gradle-plugin 3.1.1 -> 3.1.2 age confidence

Release Notes

sonatype-nexus-community/scan-gradle-plugin (org.sonatype.gradle.plugins:scan-gradle-plugin)

v3.1.2

This version is no different from 3.1.1 in the contents of the produced JAR file, but represents a significant milestone as this is the first one published both to the Gradle plugins portal and Maven Central using GitHub actions and JReleaser, which in turn uses the newer approach to publish the plugin to Maven Central.

Big thanks to @mburkert3 and @bhamail for their efforts into making this possible.
