No license in generated POM

**Describe the bug**
The LICENSE file in the repo has the plugin as Apache 2.0 but there is no license in the generated POM for the plugin. This is preventing auto-download in artifactory instances for an enterprise company which relies on the license being populated.

Please add the license field in the next release.
