docs: various improvements and fixes

Summary

What — What changes are introduced in this PR?

1. Add code snippets for using remote link steps
2. Clarify that nested workflows can acquire locks in their steps.
3. Improve the tooling to determine which Medusa workflows require acquiring lock before (need to generate references for the change to take effect)
4. Change the storefront development tips page to connect storefront to Medusa with emphasis on the JS SDK
5. Fix text in the Store Module that misleadingly hinted that Medusa natively supports multi-tenancy
6. Fix saved payment methods docs using payment_method_id instead of payment_method.
7. Clarify that all commerce modules are installed by default in Medusa
8. Improve S3 docs in Cloud to clarify how to upload files to S3
