Whoops. Opened PR in the Upstream (HL7-DaVinci#67).

Re-opening here.

  • Removed resources from test-ehr\fhirResourcesToLoad.
  • Ensured the only patient from the Patient Select list is "Jon Snow"
  • Verified (as best I can) that no other services/dependencies were affected by deletion of resources.
