Add Alice, Jane Doe, Jon Snow, as preloaded users. The logins are:
Alice: nurse
Jane: practitioner
Jon: patient
All their passwords are just their first names, all lowercase.
Note that they all just have the default role. It was not clear to me if/which other roles should be assigned.
