• Updated to allow for side panels to be clickable

• Updated document title to say 'EHR | Patient Portal'
• Updated icon for questionnaire and added in forms tab with consistent icon
• Display tasks that are assigned to me
• Added in assign to me and assign to patient functionality and dropdown on request generator
