Summary
Updates the CTC AE extractor and template to support the ctcae-grade extension as a required field. Also updates the example CTC AE CSVs in
docsandtest/sample-client-datato have this field, and creates test files for the CTC AE extractor and template.New behavior
CTC AE Extractor now extracts a required value for the ctcae-grade extension from CSVs.
