pagination not working for followers/following?

When I got to the followers/following part of the exercise, I wound up doing this workaround: https://github.com/turbot/steampipe-plugin-mastodon/blob/0bbcd2203aafcb4cb0a33b6f9b1d94567dbae600/mastodon/utils.go#L89 If that was unnecessary then please set me straight!

Having the same issue. It stopped working for me ~5 days ago and I have been running with v0.0.5 for 5 month or so. Thought updating from v0.0.5 to v0.0.6 would solve it, but my local testing has the same errors.
Shuffling the code a little with how I handle pagination I can get either the first 40 results or none.
Checked in with the admins of my mastodon instance and they said they have been running the current instance's version (4.0.2) for a couple month now.

I'm also having this issue when trying to retrieve my full list of people im following. I can only get the first 40. The pagination doesn't seem to be working as expected. From my understanding MaxID should be the ID of the last account retrieved, but the mastodon docs say some entity IDs are only known internally. While looking through api json output in firefox the correct MaxID is present in an http header response "link" section.

1. Am I doing something wrong in my code or my understanding of pagination and MaxID?

2. Can i get the correct MaxID from some go-mastodon method?

3. Am I just better off making a new http call and parsing out MaxID from the header link section?

4. Can you give an example of follower/following pagination in the docs?

I believe it's because for follower/following, the IDs go in descending order.

@sbinet I took a look at your code with no luck at getting mine's working. Some differences. I'm using the GetAccountFollowing and in your code i believe your retrieving account notifications. I tried swapping MinID and MaxID in my code with no meaningful changes. I've output pg.MaxID and pg.MinID and MaxID seems to be closer in comparison specifically because MinID is empty. Still still don't understand out to get to the second page of 40 following.

If anyone cares i tried to get this working and the only solution I could think of was to use the API for one (pretty important) part of the pagination process which lets me read the next url link (MaxID i think) in the header response, which isn't (to my knowledge) available through the go-mastodon package.
