Support compacted pitr for CDC and ISCP(Intra-System Change Propagation)Describe the feature you'd like
- For CDC and ISCP tables|databases. Use compacted pitr instead of PITR.
- Compacted PITR is to keep CN-Created and Appendable-Objects for a specified time. Compared with PITR, it pins fewer objects and can be set with a long duration
