fix: navbar-link, workflow and serve docs directly via grunt

Proposed changes

• changed workflow to work with cname, otherwise gh-pages-workflow overwrites custom domain
• rootfolder of grunt to docs/
• navabarlink to root-folder (so it works on every domain)
