[Bug]: Dropdown + Window Resize #467

Context
Opening a dropdown then expanding/shrinking the page causes the dropdown to become disassociated with the anchor

Steps to reproduce
- Visit https://materializeweb.com/dropdown.html
- Half-size the page
- Click "Drop me!"
- Increase the width of the page; the dropdown will not remain with the anchor
