HTML/Markdown preview

**Describe the solution you'd like**
I would like there to be some kind of "run" button when you open an MD or HTML file. When you click on it, a web page with your file would open (can be implemented via in app Chrome custom Tabs)

Nothing

**Additional context**
If you do this, it will start the file runners.
