This a release of the binary files that are used by tests.

Currently, having the files be part of the same github project is preferred over storing them into separate repos or storage vendors, since that adds external dependencies and learning more things.
Currently, having the binary files be attached (as releases) is preferred over having them live in the repo, since this keeps syncing the repo faster.
