RubyGems support in RepoFlow is relatively new, added after requests from users who wanted a simpler, all-in-one registry. Most usage is self-hosted, so we don’t have precise stats on Gem repository adoption, but there’s clear interest, our blog post about mirroring the entire RubyGems repository is one of the most popular on our site: https://www.repoflow.io/blog/mirror-the-entire-rubygems-repository

Since support is relatively new, I think we should wait some time in order to see some relevant adoption in the community.
