Currently, when using Polish diacritical signs (ą, ć, ę, ł, ń, ó, ś, ź, ż), the view link is not generated correctly.

This issue prevents embedding the timeline view in notes when using Polish characters.
Why is this needed?
Without proper support for Polish diacritics, it's impossible to embed and share timeline views while making plans in the native language. Adding support for non-ASCII characters would improve usability for international users.
