Install cookiecutter using pipx:

pipx install cookiecutter

Alternatively, install cookiecutter using pip:

pip install --user cookiecutter

Start the interactive dialogue to create a new python project:

cookiecutter https://github.com/manuelkonrad/python-template.git
