Make IP2Country lookup optional #6653
Description
Summary
Currently it is not possible to disable (or use a local IP database) for the flags shown next to the recent logins.
All login IPs will be sent to dfdata.bella.network.
There should be a possibility to disable this transfer of PII globally. I think a solution like a global opt-in (preferred) / opt-out in the Customize section similar to the IP scan feature (which protects the server IP) should suffice.
