Problem: Reports get disorganized with volume

Reporting could be improved and be more organized if server rules were be used as reporting categories. It would also make the reporting process clearer for the users.

The implied problem is that reports are disorganized which I assume comes with volume, or that as a user, legitimate issues are less likely to be filed if there's no way to categorize.

I've not experienced either of these but wanted to put it in C4 terms. Feel free to expand with your own experiences.
