issue on load_questionnaire and map_to_result #5

in the dataset, column is called "label::english" and it is transform by "label..english" after downloading the data in R. Both of them are not recognize in the function load_questionnaire()

function map_to_result: the error message when the parameter weighting is not assign to a function say that the parameter has to be a function that return a scalar

function map_to_result: in csv file column in called "G2_...." and it is not recognize by dependent.var because the name has been change for "g2_..."
