Save the position/opened state of menus on close #226

Type: Feature Request
Save the state of the menu UI, especially whether the menus were opened last or not.
I don't want all of the menus opening all at once when I'm viewing an image. I installed this because it allows you to customize scroll wheel and use pan on mouse drag, as opposed to the inferior default VS code image viewer.
