Feature Request: Ability to constrain crop tool by dimensions or aspect ratio

Currently I can hold shift and start dragging and the crop tool will constrain itself to be a square. I have a use case where I'm trying to crop lots of images for different screen sizes based on aspect ratio and it would be really neat if I could input the dimensions I want to constrain the crop tool by.

@byelipk do you know of other image editors that do this? I'm curious on what the interaction/keybindings they would use for this.

@Tyriar I use Affinity Photo for this use case. Hopefully these two images demonstrate

And my workflow is that I'll have very high resolution photos, I'll crop them by the aspect ratio i want, and i'll resize them to be web friendly.
