[bug] hide toolbar

f5 hides toolbar, but doesn't reactivate it properly.
Apart from that a command in command palette to hide / show tools panel and color panel etc. would be nice, if you don't know the shortcuts

yes when I hit f5 the second time it does not restore it

ideally add a in seeting json something like

"luna.ToolBar": "hidden" or "show"
