Palette Color Index Error in Minecraft Block Assets

With @Firelack, we tried to open some Minecraft block assets, and in 9 of the files, we got the following error message: “Error: Palette does not contain color index ‘x’.
The “x” is replaced by a specific number. Below are the files corresponding to each error code.

door_bottom : 15
cherry_log_top : 10
chiseled_tuff_top : 11
mangrove_door_bottom : 14
ochre_froglight_side : 10
pearlescent_froglight_side : 10
respawn_anchor_side1 : 15
sniffer_egg_not_cracker_south : 15
verdant_froglight_side : 10
