import: better copy for blueprint import with no steps

What problem does this address?

Currently, we show "No steps were found in this blueprint." Notice for the blueprint with no steps, they use shorthand.

Proposed solution

Udpate msg to

"The imported blueprint does not contain any steps. Please check the sidebar for shorthands and other settings."
