Feature: Add icon library selection for tab

Description

Add a UI option in the tab that allows users to select an icon from a predefined icon library.

Expected Behavior

1. User adds a "Tabs" block in the editor.
2. A toolbar button labeled “Add Icon” appears in the Tabs toobar.
3. On clicking “Add Icon”, a menu shows two options:
   • Browse Icon Library
   • Add/Edit Custom Icon
4. User selects Browse Icon Library:
   • A searchable icon browser opens.
   • User can select an icon from the list.
5. The selected icon appears next to the tab label.
