[Web version] Capital letter in user emails not handled when adding member through the UI

Description

When adding a user through the hopsworks web version (with their email). If a capital letter is present the error :
"Failed to add a member. M****@gmail.comcould not be added. Try again later."

The error don't say much about the actual issue. To resolve, adding the member with all lower-case works as expected: m****@gmail.com.

Steps

1. Create a project with user A
2. Create user B with an email
3. Navigate to project settings
4. try to add user B in the project using their email with a capital letter
