Camera doesn't work on Record/QRCode activities for Snapcraft version

When Sugarizer is installed using Snapcraft, the camera don't work into Record and QRCode activities.

Step to reproduce:

• Install Sugarizer from Snapcraft store
• Create a new user
• Launch the Record activity
• Click on Camera icon: a popup appears briefly but nothing happen

A current work around is to force camera connection from the command line.
Just type the following command after Sugarizer snapcraft install:

sudo snap connect sugarizer:camera

Starting version 1.2, the connection to camera will be automatic.
