Include Contributing.md + README.md for identifying maintainer roles #537
Description
From CNCF community:
OpenTelemetry repositories currently have maintainer listings in either the root README.md or the CONTRIBUTING.md, e.g. https://github.com/open-telemetry/opentelemetry-python#maintainers
would it be possible for LFX Insights to look there too? we may be able to consolidate to only using README.md if that helps
