Check Parsing Compatibility for Custom Molecular Weights

As we address #248, we need to check that our ChemKin parser will accept their nomenclature (species/molecular weight) and that our XML parser accepts whatever Cantera's ck2cti -> XML converts. It looks like they have several inputs in their test/data directory.
