PSA: Should we look into cleaning up the language list? #377
Description
As of right now, languages.json is a hell hole, with regex and non regex, some language is popular, some language is not popular, even some that no one ever used.
I was thinking we go in there, and revamp it, starting from zero, with a set of guidelines.
