Changes:

  • Update phpunit/php-code-coverage from ~2.2 to ~4.0||~5.0). Tested with 4.0.8.
  • Add/implement missing tests for Xml and Crap4j Reporters
  • Mark xdebug/phpdbg specific tests in phpunit using @requires so they are only run if specific extension is enabled
