This PR aims to fix some occurrences of
Configuring decoder failed with <code>by correctly converting track decoder configs to longs.This also adds more robust support for AAC profiles other than LC (specifically
SBRandPS— HE-AAC and HE-AACv2 respectively). This should allow for better AAC track compatibility where configs aren't provided or fail to parse, such as ADTS streams.Maybe fixes #52
