Jopline server docker image fails to start without internet #12856

Joplin Server v3.4.1 (docker joplin/server:latest)
Current behaviour
Docker image startup needs internet and trying to install below module. Please inclue this in the docker image itself so, it do not need internet to start or stay functioning.
Expected behaviour
Docker image should run without connecting to internet.
Logs
This is the last line in the log where docker image waiting for install, and can not start.
