[BUG] DESeq2 is stuck at running state for large number of results. #13
Description
Describe the bug
When the result files exceed 100 files, DESeq2 seems "stuck" with a Running status for several hours and does not upload the results to Latch Data.
Expected behavior
All results are uploaded after they're generated.
