[BUG] Relaunching doesn't return the previous run's state of manual design matrix

Describe the bug

Steps to reproduce:

1. Use the manual design matrix in DESeq2 with control and treatment conditions
2. Launch workflow
3. Abort and relaunch

The manual design matrix contains "Control" for everything.

Expected behavior

The manual design matrix should contain the same conditions the user put in before clicking Launch the first time.

Update: It's not always the case that it will all revert back to all "Controls", but the condition seems to appear in some random order. Basically all different from original design matrix.
