Broken Arize observability

Bug Description

When launching the latest Langflow desktop app on macos systems, using Arize's default (GRPC exporter) isn't generating traces.

Reproduction

Steps to reproduce:

1. Download Langflow desktop app (e.g., version 1.7.1) on a mac.
2. Set Arize environment variables.
3. Launch app.
4. Run a flow.

Notice that:

1. No traces show up in Arize platform.
2. Error logs in langflow.log:

The issue appears to be related to grpc/grpc#38290.

I was able to get the traces to show up by 2 ways:
A. Switch to HttpSpanExporter
Applying the following changes in arize_phoenix.py:

- arize_endpoint = f"{arize_collector_endpoint}/v1"
+ arize_endpoint = f"{arize_collector_endpoint}/v1/traces"

if enable_arize_tracing:
    tracer_provider.add_span_processor(
        span_processor=span_processor(
-            span_exporter=GRPCSpanExporter(endpoint=arize_endpoint, headers=arize_headers),
+            span_exporter=HTTPSpanExporter(endpoint=arize_endpoint, headers=arize_headers),
        )
    )

B. Pin grpcio library inside ~/.langflow/data/requirements.txt, by adding grpcio==1.67.1

Expected behavior

The traces should show up in Arize AX platform as expected.
